Hi, my name is Patrick Kurth. I am a designer of integrated analog/mixed signal circuits with a focus on oscillators and phase-locked loops operating at milli-meter-wave (around 60 GHz). Other research topics of interest include analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters, transceiver architectures for wireless and wireline communications as well as electronic design automation (mostly layout). I'm currently working at Fraunhofer EMFT in Munich as senior analog layout engineer.

Besides circuit design, I enjoy free software such as linux, vim and LaTeX (including tikz and pgfplots) and I like to work on the command-line. Open-source projects (both hobby and research-related) can be found at my Github profile.
